CEP-EP 12/13 Module
|
|
Standard Features :
|
|
- The unit is designed using a modular approach, because it
is built around a main microprocessor. This structure provides an
opportunity to respond to customer specifications and make the unit
able to comply with the needs of most public lighting networks.
- The contactors are for safety and maintenance purposes
located on a trolley to secure a visible network cut-off from the main
busbar supply.
|
|
Option :
|
|
- Voltage monitoring
- Current monitoring
- Electrical consummation monitoring
- Control by serial communication with PLC through a RS485
connection.

PTI Substations
|
|
|
The substations from Augier are modular units that ensure
the operation of the transformer substation. Models in the PTI (Postes de
Transformation Integres) series are
available for both indoor or outdoor use, and also for either step up or
step down configuration. The PTI series has four variations, the PTS
(Standard), PTC (Compact), PTM (Modular) and PTMI (with Load Break Switch).
The mini substations are designed to supply long distance
public lighting networks from Low Voltage networks (LV from 120 to 415
V) by stepping-up the voltage to Medium Voltage (MV from 1 to 6.9 kV).
The substations are also designed to supply networks from Medium
Voltage networks (MV 1 to 6.9 kV) by stepping-down the voltage to Low
Voltage (LV 120 to 415 V).
The LV and MV coils of the PTI substations are varnish impregnated and the transformers are delivered in an aluminium
or a steel enclosure. The power rating range is from 16 to 160 kVA (other specifications on request).

PTC (indoor type)
|
|
Standard Features :
|
|
- Safety Lock - to prevent access to the MV compartment (access is only
gained by ensuring that all protection features/isolating switches are
"open")
- Transformer Design - typically our dry type transformers (with
impregnated windings) are used, but certain models have IP68 sealed
transformers.Oil transformers are available on request.
- Fuses - HRC Fuses
- Output cut-off rotating switch on the MV side
- Enclosures - The outer casing is IP 21 compliant (indoor version) or
IP 44 compliant (outdoor version)
- Standards - The PTI models are compliant with the NFC 13200 and NFC 64400 standards.
|
|
Options :
|
|
- LV circuit-breaker
- LV contactor for illumination control (PCEL only)
- Earthing switch on the MV side
- Differential protection relay
- Thermal sensor and relay
- Micro-switches connected to the MV fuses trips-out the installation, if the one fuse blows
- Other specifications on request.
|
|

| Mobile MV Substation |
|
|
The Mobile MV substation provides the same quality and
performance as the Concrete MV substation, but it offers increased
flexibility through its mobility on wheels.
The mobile MV substation is designed to supply 6.6 kV networks through
its varnish impregnated transformer. The substation is delivered in an
aluminium enclosure on wheels.
The Mobile MV substation is successfully being used at a nuclear power
plant in France, where the mobility is needed during maintenance of the
site, when the standard electricity installations are switched off.
